Wow I cant believe what I have endured over the past days, weeks, months, indeed years. Emotionally, mentally, physically its been a hell of a roller coaster for so many of us on both sides of the debate, while I am delighted, indeed triumphant that we have remained part of our wonderful Union with all its shared strengths and vision my heart truly goes out to those who are bruised tonight, who wanted something different even if I dont agree with their logic or idealism I do feel for you. On Monday Scotland PLC has to get back to business so much has been on hold for 2 years now and there is much to do. We have changed the face of UK politics while retaining the strengths & benefits of being a larger family. I have been overwhelmed by the private messages of support from the silent majority who I know have kept us United you know who you all are and I will as a local Councillor work to make all I serves lives better if I can and I know the Scottish people will continue to be aye stoic, aye humble and aye passionate, I feel right now were like a jigsaw, there are many pieces but with a bit of time & some humility & patience those pieces will fit together to give a lovely picture .. Aye or No we are still amazing :-) xx
