Wow! I have updated my address with Bank of America fifty times, but yet they still send the same mailings to an address I lived at 5 or 6 years ago. When I called (yet again) to request a change, it took me 16 minutes actively talking with a representative to put the change in. They asked me three different security questions (one of them including what my college address was 12 years ago-- who remembers that?!)...arrrggg
