Wow! I just got some amazing customer service from Vistaprint. I ordered some invitations for the rehearsal dinner and of course I messed them up. I called the contact number and reached a lovely young lady who not only helped me fix the mistakes and re-ordered them free of charge, but helped me custom design another item I wanted. No phone tree, no being put on hold, great attitude. I will definitely do business with them again.
