Wow I need this! Im back on South Beach with no sugar in my diet, just got told Im a diabetic and have high cholesterol, trigyl and HDL, Yuck.... Dr. gave me 3 months to get it under control with diet and exercise, but she prescribed the dreaded meds already :(((!!! So FB family and friends please pray for this old bag who is got to make huge changes. I need the Lord for this I cannot do it on my own. Thanks ahead of time.
