Wow. I never, ever, neverever thought I would see so many people, men and women, defending a strangers right to say something to another stranger on the street. About how they look. About what they should be doing with their face. About how they should learn to take a compliment. It is insane. If someone is walking down the street, minding their own damn business, mind YOUR own damn business, whether that person is a woman or a man. The street is not a singles club or a bar or even a bookstore where you are reaching for the same book as someone and your hands accidentally touch and now you know that person loves Chaucer too and you cant wait to tell your grandkids about it. If you cannot stop yourself from acting like a cartoon wolf when someone is just trying to get down the block, you make yourself look unstable and threatening. What person in history has ever said, How did we meet? Oh, its an adorable story. I was late for work and all the sudden I heard someone shouting, Hey, baby can I get fries with that shake? THE REST IS HISTORY!
