Wow, Im kind of surprised at how today went. We have some darling guest staying with us for 4 days... Sam (8), Lizzy (6) & Josh (4). After we ate pancakes, 2 other little girls joined us for most of the day up until dinner, as well. At one point we had a cute neighbor kid joins us, too. Thats 9 kids folks (9 & under) and with NO time outs, only 2 band aids were needed and I somehow managed to clean the entire kitchen and most of the upstairs. When Joe got home from a 12 hour work day, I took my daughters grocery shopping. Hours later, I came home and Joe not only managed to keep the upstairs clean...but had given all 5 kids a bedtime snack, put in their PJs and had brushed and flossed all of their teeth. By the time we got the groceries put away, All 6 kids were asleep. Then Joe folded and put away the laundry he had done in my absence. What an amazing husband! Thank you to our neighbors who let all these kids jump on your trampolines!! Best. Husband. Ever!
