During my early days as a teen bodybuilder, I did an interview with Rick Wayne, the chief editor of Flex magazine. He asked about my training program and when I told him about my instinctive training, he tore up my interview and told me to come back when I had one. 25 years later, they are embracing the same principle they rejected a quarter century ago...just like they rejected the doctrine of my Savior, the son of a carpenter from Nazareth.
