Incidentally, on QandA the other night Julian Burnside was asked what he thought about Indo no longer stopping asylum seekers leaving for Australia on boats, as a consequence of the way spying affair was handled. He said he expected that Tony Abbott would use it later as a reason why their Stopping the Boats effort failed! Lets all remember that.
