Wow. Just saw a new 48 hrs show about a murder case, and ALL the evidence proved that this woman who lives in SoCal, Kelly Soo Parks, is totally, undeniably, without question, guilty of murdering a young girl, only 21 yrs old. She had supposedly never met this girl, but her dna was on the girls doorknob, all over her house in the murder scene,- the stove, the sink, on the phone (and someone had stopped a call to 911 by the victim) , on the victims shirt, and also on the victims NECK, who had been strangled to death. Also there was a drop of blood, with her fingerprint, ..basically a case no-one with a working brain would ever say she wasnt guilty of. And the jury actually AQUITTED her!!! a woman who murdered a girl for no reason., this jury was hand picked by a specialist to be only ppl open to a pathetic desperate argument by the defense, an sad ridiculous argument that said, ok they admit it was all her dna, but MAYBE the REAL killer had a little of her dna on him, without knowing it, and then went and wiped his own dna off everywhere after the murder, while unknowingly at the same time leaving alittle of this poor innocent womans dna behind. Wow. It was actually laughable. I cant even believe anyone, let alone 12 grown, supposedly capable ppl, could buy that ridiculous argument.. makes me so sad...thinking about our justice system. Ive been paid to be on mock juriesseveral times, where lawyers or companies create trial juries to see how their case might go and how juries will respond to it. And every time of the several Ive been on (sorry I had to be sworn to not give details), every time I was traumatized by how stupid the rest of the jury was...how upsetting it was, and how most of the jurors believed basically anything. And how they didnt use their brains. It was scary actually...to think about a jury deciding your fate..when Ive been on several and know how it goes. And I always was the one arguing against the 11. (Once I think I had another 1 or 2 on my side) But it left me cold, and sad, every single time. Just like this case I just saw the story about did. Ugh. I hope Kelly Soo Parks, who is working happily managing a restaurant in SoCal right now, will meet with karma, since the justice system just betrayed her and her family.
