Wow. My Comcast cable box went out this evening and Ive spent the last 30 minutes in a futile attempt to fix the problem. Ive been on the phone with the technician, a young lady by the name of Charisma. Yes, you heard right. Charisma. And let me just say, shes not living up to her name. In fact, this is perhaps the grossest misuse of the word Charisma that I have encountered in my 55 years on the planet. And I was thinking maybe she should change her name. Some possibilities that come to mind: 1. Lethargia 2. Unmotivata 3. Dontcara 4. Nogivacrappa Any of these would be suitable replacements for the name Charisma and would more aptly fit her demeanor and the company in general. Comcast. As bad as it gets.
