Wow!! Now THAT was a lightening storm! An incredible display! But the golf ball size hail we could have done without! Thought we were going to lose our windshield on at least three different occasions. Now lighting up the sky over Brandon, where the main river is set to peak at midnight tonight!! Roads washed out everywhere. Tried to get a little more south to visit hubbys grandmother, but all roads appear to be washed out--had to turn back on the road we were on because of a washed out bridge. Only other road in that might possibly be open is even more low lying than the one we were on. Really disappointed to have come all this way and not be able to see his 95-year-old grandmother!! Cant say we didnt try, though. :(
