Wow! One if the comments: Maybe finding another husband isnt impossible but what the hell kind of culture are we promoting? Spouses are not disposable. If you walk down the aisle with someone and make vows and then get dissatisfied, which lets face it its easy to do over the years, we first nag and then ditch the hubby to find someone better. There is no one better if women cant learn to show men respect. Like it or not men literally run on respect like its fuel. Cant empty his tank and then complain theres no good men out there. Its time women start valuing the protection and provision and leadership men are wanting to provide. And if he doesnt want to then dont marry him. And if your already married and he doesnt seem to want to ask yourself if you are showing any appreciation for what makes him a man. I certainly had to evaluate that and I found I was wounding my husbands spirit and crushing his manhood by being a bossy nag. I stepped back and showed him honor and he almost immediately began to step up and be more of a man. Gender roles are not a burden, they give us all equal jobs in this life that support each other in a marriage, not compete with each other.
