Wow. One step closer to my soul journey. As of right now I am jobless, free to roam where I want to as of this moment right now. Its not a typical choice, but its the road less travelled and I couldnt be happier about this choice. The journey that awaits me on the road is worth this moment of instability. The Last 8 Months: Its been an incredible journey over the last 8 months. Little did I know stepping into a company by the name of Medallia back in December, I would have experienced what I did. I was given the opportunity to help transform an engineering organization mentally, from a recruiting perspective, and that is exactly WE did. This success did not come without its struggles, but I am walking away from them completely humbled and honored to have been given this experience. By far Medallia is the most positive, supportive and giving company Ive ever worked for in my life and the people I was given an opportunity to work with are true examples of the energy we all should possess. Yet another group of incredible souls to add to my life. Lucky lucky me. For my going away I wasnt given a card, I was given a map of the US with beautiful signatures all over it wishing me fabulous experiences on my journey. Its one thing Ive really learned during this life ~ its not about loving someone the way you want to be loved but loving them through their eyes, being cognizant of what fills their soul with happiness. There were lots of hugs and heartfelt final words, I could not be more humbled by this group of amazing souls. Just one more amazing life experience.
