Wow The 5th Annual Madison Hip Hop Awards! What can I really say but thank you to everyone one more time. Thank you to the entire UCAN board, the Barrymore, our sponsors, to the nominees, and all the people who came out to support. These last couple years have been more challenging because we dont have venues to do local shows like we used to but they also have been more rewarding because we continue to grow bigger and bigger each year. I do have somethings that I will be voicing about some of the media and others but for now I will keep this positive and save my rant for the papers. I also want to thank The Capital Times and the Isthmus for the on going support! Last but not least I want to thank Julia Burke who has really stepped up and become our Mic to be able to reach the masses. Youre not from here and you go out of your way to make sure the public hears what Hip Hop has to say! Words cant express how much youre appreciated.
