Wow. This has been a different summer! I just finished the Educational Theatre Association teachers conference in Cincinnati. Great weekend. I will be home by Thursday, and that means: WORK DAYS!!! Yup, I know everyone has been waiting for this all summer, and it is finally here! We will start on Friday, August 1, 9 am. (If you comment to this post I will bring donuts. If enough show up, I will figure out lunch.) We need to work in the shop. The new space is getting closer to completion (and if you think I am excited, you are absolutely correct!) and we need to get ready to move in. That means cleaning the dust and debris off of everything from cutting the door in to sorting and organizing and even a bit of painting! The Costume shop needs some work. The Black Box needs lots of help. Most of which I have to do, but I could definitely use some help. Lastly, we need to plan a bit for Pantherpalowooza. We can talk about that at lunch, maybe. Lastly, lastly, next Monday is August 4, the first Monday of the month. We need to have a parents meeting, 7 pm, black box. Please let the parental units know. See ya Friday!
