Wow!!! This little cutie looks like part of the landscape for sure!! I am just so amazed at the creatures in our world who were either created to or have just adapted to exist in such icy cold places as Glacier National Park in the really cold seasons.....this little thing doesnt seem a bit bothered by the ice surrounding it!! I just cant imagine how such a small bird could stay warm enough to survive up there!! But Im glad they do....& Im glad that humans do these bird watches/counts to keep track of our bird life out there in the wilds of the country!! God bless those humans who care enough to pursue those kinds of goals & help to ensure the survival of many species. :D
