Wow. Wasnt even aware. THIS is my all time favorite book. If you and and I have ever discussed books and/or reading in general, I have recommended this book. Anyone trying to ban this modern day masterpiece is just an idiot. For the few times they say, shit(if I recall correctly, its twice) or damn, the words were used in the best way profanity can be, not in violence, but in humor. The book is based in early 60s, and it was not in any way gratuitous, or unnecessary. I have encouraged all my kids to read it, from the time they were 12. That said, it was Florida, so I shouldnt be surprised. I love my dearly departed Floridian born and raised Dad, and I have more than half my family living there..Ayerss and Gannons. But, Florida is ass backwards.
