Wow! What a walk today! Finally back in my tank top and shorts, temperature was a perfect 70*...not a BIT of wind at all blowing in my face! Sounds just about perfect, right? Well not really! The steady downpour after work today left me no option than to grab the Ipod and hit the walking machine downstairs today. It sure was different and really wasnt the same as the scenery never changed a bit the whole time. But the bottom line is, I still got right to it and at it hard and heavy! :) I knew this time was coming and Im just gonna have to suck it up and make the best of it as much worse weather is ahead before it gets any better. Oh dont get me wrong.....Im still gonna take to the outside streets every chance I get! But it IS nice to have the option to keep at getting healthier even on the days when the weather just plain stinks! I also found out that even though its great having the tunes blasting when outside...its a MUST having great tunes like todays blaring right out and keeping your feet moving...even if your not going anywhere! :) SO ready for tomorrow to get here....and treadmill or not....well put a big exclamation point on the end of another work week tomorrow :) youtu.be/3qz2XX_ENnM
