Wow!! What a weekend! Seriously the most fun Ive had in a long time, and It was much needed. Hard work and perseverance pays off. The races themselves were badass, slightly easier than last year but Im not complaining. I only failed one obstacle through both races, and finally nailed the damn spear throw. This weekend would not have been possible with out the help of some amazing friends. Rosalba, Ed, Amy, and Chris, I owe yall a big thank you for places to stay, food and running buddies. It always helps goin through hell when you have a couple people to joke around with. I also had some good laughs with the Ashleys during the build, (did anyone get tent guys real name?) It was great to have my little brother Blaine experience his first beast and a true Spartan weekend. I wish I could have hung out more but it was awesome to get to see all my friends, racing buddies and even made a few new friends that hopefully we will get to hang out again soon. Once my knees and ankle get back to normal size and color, training will pick back up with even more intensity. Hmmm anyone know of any races coming up soon?
