Wow. What a weekend. There are too many words to say, too many people to thank and too many great moments to mention. I am sure the thank yous will start rolling in this week from various people but to start it off I personally just want to say how proud I am of our community. This event would not be possible without you all. Please remember that. I took a moment during the weekend to step back and acknowledge all the CCW volunteers and how fortunate we are to have you all making up our family. You either had a massive smile on your face, were cheering loudly for the athletes on the floor, running around franticly moving equipment or frowning with concentration to not miss a rep. The focus and enthusiasm you all held over the weekend was incredible. You should all feel responsible for how well the weekend went because it was YOU that made it a success. Each role was crucial and each role was executed beautifully. Lastly, I would like to shout out to our CCW Team. We love cheering for you out on the floor and you all did so well on the weekend. Bring on more swimming WODs right ;) We just missed out on being on the podium and came 4th. Huge effort though. Awesome work! Kahn we are so stoked that you got to show off how hard you have been working. You were incredibly consistent and it showed. Congrats on taking out 1st place. You deserve it!
