Wow! What an exciting race Tomco Padfoot (Paddy) put on this afternoon for Blanchard GreyhoundRacing at the Bestbet Orange Park! Breaking mid-pack from her 3-box, Paddy was immediately squeezed on the break, but, found herself nestled on the rail for a push to the turn. Coming out of the escape in 5th, but, within striking distance, Paddy went midtrack and began to put on a drive. As the lead pack made its way to the far turn, Paddy was really movin and had a clear lane on the outside to challenge. Still running 4th, Paddy dropped her head and the hammer and with the finishline quickly approaching, she made he move... and did so just in time as she zipped on by everyone else to lay claim to the win! Way to go, Paddy! Good girl!
