Wow. When finally getting the opportunity to smoke between flights, the ashtray bin was being hogged by two Malaysian men. I gingerly made my way there while I pulled my pack out. As I lit the nicotine stick both men stared rudely at me. Sooo... I thought it would be fun to hold a staring contest with them which, I guess, they didnt really seem to appreciate much as one of them said something in Malay while the other spit on the floor. These are time when I wish I was a language genius so I could say something disgustingly witty as a response, but since Im not, my only defense was to flash them one of my most charming smiles and, to add insult to injury, a Barney Stinson wink. Their expressions were priceless! What a strange and amusing way to be welcomed back to what most people call civilization...
