Wow, YOUtopia is barely two weeks away! One idea thats been tossed around in the past is a Survival Guide for the event, to help first-time YOUtopians know what to expect from the event, what kind of gear they need to bring and what LNT means, as well as to help acculturate them. YOUtopia is very different from burning man, so even many folks whove been to the big Burn stand to benefit from a primer. Well, in lieu of such a Survival Guide (maybe Ill write one next year), we can at least have a YOUTOPIA SURVIVAL GUIDE thread. What kind of conditions do fledgling YOUtopians need to prepare for? And what playa stuff can they leave at home? What will the atmosphere be like? Lets hear it, folks! Many of us have been doing this at the same location for several years now, lets share the knowledge!
