Wow, check this out. I was on the beach this morning getting my Instagram shots when a rogue wave came up and about took out my iPad and zafu. Well watch the video, dont watch me, look in the background to the left. There was an elderly lady and small child that get knocked down and swirled around by this wave, none of us saw it coming. Thank god my hubby was on the hill watching and yelled for me to go help them...ended up wrapping them both in blankets and driving them back to the park, they were sopped, cold and a little in shock. Everyones ok, good lesson to be mindful of your surroundings and respect the ocean at all times.
