Wow did this year fly by or what? Ive been searching for this video all day to share with you! I was originally gonna post a few progress pictures from my yoga journey but if we are being real here, then asana (poses) is just a small part of yoga. It is preparing the body for meditation. I started a 365 day self love challenge on this day in 2014. I am very proud to say i completed it with better results than i could have ever hoped for! I decided that i would simply go to bed happy by doing something to show myself love for that day. Whether that was practicing asana or just spreading love in whatever opportunities life gave me. I wanted to prove to myself & all of the people i encounter that the only stupid thing about New Years resolutions is that we dont have enough faith in ourselves to complete them! The only thing blocking your way is fear & usually its fear of disappointing ourselves. Ive found through my journey that expectations are just boundaries we place upon ourselves! So this year i am vowing to 365 days of Mindfulness. I want to become fully conscience in every moment and cherish it as well! I want to try to give as much back to Mother Earth as i can & drastically reduce Liam and Is carbon footprint. I want to inspire others to do the same. I want to fully live a healthy life style; mind, body, & soul. One day at a time, even if its as simple as going to bed happy because i choose to love instead of hate. The opportunities are endless & the Youniverse infinite. Life is all about perspective, so if you change that, you change your life. I want to meditate for at least 20 minutes a day & journal my thoughts & dreams. Just be aware of your presence & do what you can. We are all connected. We are not a drop in the ocean, but the entire ocean in drop. I can feel a shift into greatness for us all. I am manifesting... join me
