Wow first time I ever saw Rick Springfield in concert and the way it came about is truly too much to be coincidence. It had to be some divine intervention the way things came together perfectly yesterday. I have to say rick put on a great show. It was very intimate as if he was just hanging with all of us somewhere and playing the guitar and singing. He is so personable. I had a great time. When he did My Fathers Chair I was flooded with emotion. It was his tribute to his deceased father. I know there were at least 4 of us in our group that have lost our Dads and we all lost it. One was very recent and she had to leave the room. I had my tissue out for a couple songs after that as I was still weeping. Then he quickly brought everyone up again. Then I got to be sitting right next to two women ( you know from the older crowd like us - and Tracy I am filled with sarcasm when I say that THROW DOWN at a rick Springfield concert. The bouncers couldnt even restrain them and spilled over to where I was sitting and we all fled from the Malay lol. Rick even stopped the show for that one! Great night had by all. Oh and Courtny Beard the one girl involved in the fight was the chick from louisiana. I
