Wow havent read it all but wow.. We need #justice! While using marijuana for pain, Bertrand said he sent photos of his plants to his Colorado relative and deleted the photos. Later, his PC developed a virus and he took the computer to a shop which discovered and alerted police to the photograph. The photo did not constitute evidence enough, but police did go through his trash for months looking for something to persuade a judge to grant a warrant, Bertrand said.
