Wow it is Monday morning!! Todays workout had us doing all the reps we could do in 40 secs. We took it slow and steady, working on good form. Always remember we have a trainer to set up for us, run the stop watch, and make sure of our form. bent over curls (hands out like curl, but motion is more like bent over row) only bent over about 1/3 the way. 25-20 lb bar jump squats front raises 5 lbs each arm Tire press mt. climbers air punches We did 8 sets I will admit this shoulder injury is really frustrating me. I had to modify almost all the workout as time went on. I think swimming will eventually strengthen my shoulder, but in the mean time, I didnt realize how tough swimming was. Boy Im sore, ok whambulance as left the building!! Have a great Monday
