I finally spoke with someone at IRS, I was told their system shows my w2 was filed thats why I was rejected they even said they sent me a letter saying thank you for filing which I never got so there is a investigation and whoever used my name and social security number when my w2 was filed will be prosecuted I will be getting my refund but itll take a little longer then usual for me to receive it because I reported identity theft this is just aggravated Ive never been thru this before ugh but on a better note my big boy turns 5 years old tomorrow :-)
