Wow, looks like I wasnt the only one closing shop on the whole radio thing, apparently, AOL has shut down, AOL Music! They say the AOL Radio channels will still be up and running, but you know how that goes, Im sure they will shut down as well. Really sucks, Shoutcast radio was a huge catalyst for local internet radio Buzz Radio broadcasted through this medium I guess broadcasters cant compete with Pandora and Slacker type streaming services. I saw a drastic decline in listenership in the last two years for our station. Winamp had a HUGE shoutcast listing for online radio, the fact that that ending Dec 20th, means to me, shoutcast radio will take a pretty sizable listener hit. They aslo mentioned the closure of, associated web services? Could this be shoutcast streaming? Pretty sad day.................
