Wow, never in my life did I expect feature on a Facebook site on the scale of Spot Me Bro. I recently featured in the Connacht and City Tribune speaking openly about a period of my life when things werent as positive as they are now in the hope that it would reach other people struggling out there. Like I said in the article, bodybuilding by no means saved my life but it did help me get through a very rough patch when I really needed it. To whoever sent the article into Spot Me Bro, thank you.
