Wow! only 19 days left until my baby boy earns the title, United States Marine... These last couple of weeks of training will be the toughest and most grueling that marine recruits must endure including the 54 hour crucible. This is where as a unit they must complete a variation of missions using the skills they learned throughout their training. It is a 54 hour straight mission where they only get 4 hours of sleep and very little food. This is where they must be very focused and give it all they have. At the end of this 54 hour mission they hike to a place where their superiors will be waiting to meet them to hand them their Anchor, Globe & Eagle and are congratulated and recognized as a United States Marine... Oohrah! I couldnt be more proud of my baby boy. Love you my son :)
