Wow, our Pork Belly Roast is smelling absolutely divine....but how can one go wrong with Martha Stewart & Winestyle Magazine inspired recipes. Think oranges, cinnamon, cumin....to die for! Also on special, Gnocci with farm-made Basil pesto & a dollop of roasted, garlicky, farm-grown baby tomatoes, finished with Parmesan. Aubergine Caprese salad to start, with yummy mozzarella and fresh basil....oh and then theres the small matter of our new, free-range roast chicken pies - a whopping 340 grams!
