Wow that was the most frustrating call with Bank of America I have - TopicsExpress

Wow that was the most frustrating call with Bank of America I have EVER had. So I screwed up a left my credit card at a restaurant. The waitress called BoA to see if they could reach out to me. Instead they cancelled the card. Ok I can see why. But they then didnt notify me or send out a replacement. I finally get a chance to call them and see what I need to do and after an hour being transferred back and forth, I finally get on with someone who says that I need to go get a temporary card while she figures out why they didnt send me a new one. So I asked if instead they could over night me one since its been over 24 hours since they cancelled the card. Yup they can, for a 15 dollar fee. I asked why they would charge me and their answer was due to the way they closed the account, I need to pay. Nice.
