Wow, this ranks with some of the worst Council meetings anywhere. Noam Bramson is out of control. He is arrogant, nasty, and a bully. He speaks about people as if they are non existent: (staff, people ie not The People.) Its so bad one councilman calls Bramson a liar, and another a bully. A third walks out. Pretty damning. Bramson come across as a paid consultant for Forest City Ratner. It is obvious that he finds the whole thing amusing. Do YOU vote for this jackass to be County Executive? HAHA. The best part is after about 10:00.
