Wow, time flys when your busy and having fun learning. We have tour the Cherokee Heritage Center, Ancient Village, Had lunch at the Restaurant for the Cherokees (AWESOME FOOD), George Murrell Home, Cherokee National Supreme Court Museum, Cherokee National Prison Museum, Basket Making class, and council Tribal Meeting. We also had 13 hours of Cherokee History and 3 Hours of Cherokee Language in the last 4 days. Oh and we attended the First Baptist Indian church for Sunday school and service. It was great to hear our native language being sung and able to participate. The people that we come into contact with are so nice and gracious. This is an experience that I will always treasure. THank you Cherokee Nation Foundation for putting this on and providing the excellent instructors.
