Wow what a day! Challenging grade 1s. Makes me appreciate their teacher. Student cuteness of the day: going to hand my keys back to the office and met a student in grade 4 or 5 cleaning up a spilled pop. He asked who I was, I told him and asked what happened. He said, with a smile on his face, I accidentally spilled my favorite, Dr. Pepper> I asked if he tried the new cherry one and he said very happily, Ive tried them all. I said there is more than the two? to which he replied yeah, there is a cinnamon one too. He then finished cleaning up his mess and threw everything in the garbage and wished me a good evening - I did the same back. Again, cute kid making a stranger feel welcome in the school even at the end of the day. Way to go at Holy Trinity.
