Wow what a day we had our karate tournament in Warrnambool. We quite a few students competing which was a really good effort and we were successful in all of our events. We had a few students who competed for the first time but they did their best thats all you could ask for. Me personally competed in 3 events and was successful in all 3. I got a gold in team kata, silver in individual kata and silver in fighting oh and a few of us came home with war wounds. I received a punch in the nose and it bled and it hurt, one other received a little shiner and another competitor received several hits to the head region all by the same person. OUCH well feel it tomorrow, but it was a sensational day over all. Congratulations to all of our students a job well done
