Wow!, what a storm. no electricity for 3 hrs. Windyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!! Rain, huge lighting, and thunder so loud the house shook. This went on for over an hour. I sat by the front door watching with the door open. It was sooo eerie! then the rain and wind stopped and I went wandering out checking on my critters. Lighting still going on and on but no thunder to speak of. Animals are good, then a pack of coyotes get close and do their baying thing. all of a sudden all my animals were my close friends. I felt like Noah. Ducks, chickens, cats, and even the dogs are all over me. I thought the coyotes were really cool but I guess my animals had different thoughts :) Forgot to look at rain gauge but I think it rained in inches. Off to bed :)
