Wow what an incredible weekend big well done to all my friends and fitness family that competed. I was lucky enough to share the stage in the very first UKBFF Ladies Physique with the UKs finest 24. I placed 5th which obviously Im delighted with. A little indulgence to day and unwind...met some fabulous people who i defo intend to stay in touch with....I can already feel the excitement building for the next step of the journey. Happy times ahead xxx
