Wow, wow, wow, wow….what a day, what a day. For starters, my Fantasy Football team won this weekend and it feels so good not to be a loser once again. A one week reprieve is delightful. And I forced myself to work on the applique borders for A-Z for Ewe & Me this morning, and I’m actually starting to make some progress, after putting it off for several weeks; so that feels good. Laid all the appliques out for the top and bottom borders, and now I need to do some blanket stitching around all of them. But the WOW-Overjoyed moment was my visit this afternoon with our oldest son and daughter-in-law--it sent me over the moon and back…I sat and watched some kicking and twisting on a sonogram and I am so, so very happy right now: I’m gonna be a GRANDMA for real, for the first time. Words cannot describe my joy--I feel like Snoopy! Been waitin for a long time (9+ years) for this news and it’s finally here; and this time it’s not grand-dogs. OMG—I am beyond excited. My head is spinning…this spring will be very special around here. I am so happy…what a year; lovely new Daughter-in-law and my first Grandchild....wooooohoooooo!!!!
