Wowza. I just finished an amazing week of assisting my teacher Judith Lasater, while she was here teaching her Restorative Yoga training. There were 55 students from near and far, including Norway & Korea, all of whom really focused and opened their hearts to this work. And the other assistants, well they are feeling like family to me. We worked and focused, side-by-side each day, to serve something we love and believe in. Jai!
