Wrapping your brain around info that you were not expecting or - TopicsExpress

Wrapping your brain around info that you were not expecting or maybe you just didnt want to hear (denial) is quite challenging. When its a medical issue with your kiddo, its even harder. I know so many of you were praying for Cooper after we found him unconscious and had to take an ambulance ride to Cooks and I dont think I ever told you how thankful we were. We found out that the problem was a seizure. This is where my denial comes in. I just thought he passed out and ,that was it, but the EEG was just another formality to rule out a seizure! Either my Mommy gut was way off or I was in total denial of the diagnosis awaiting us. We have a follow up with a neurologist on the 23rd. Please keep Cooper in your prayers. It might not ever happen again, and we pray that it wont, but we will hopefully have more answers soon. Thanks friends! The Magees
