Write the date of 10 October 2014 in your diary now! That day, from 9am to 5pm, the Youth Mental Health Day will be happening again at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP, Russian Boulevard). This day brings together the major players in the field of mental health (including TPO) to raise awareness of mental health issues in Cambodia, particularly those affecting young people. The day will have many interactive and varied activities such as plays, films, talks, music, art therapy, relaxation exercises and free mini counseling sessions. You can participate in the activities, ask questions and engage with experts on a wide range of topics throughout the day. And it’s all free! More than 1500 people participated last year and it was great fun.
