Writers dream of creating best sellers. I have that dream, too, but then I also have the really geeky dreams. Like checking tumblr and seeing a fandom for our book, and fanart, and fics, and feels and otp and cosplay and all that jazz. You know, people pairing together characters who arent even remotely together in the book, or being torn over who should be with who, I would just watch and smirk and cackle a little. Or being invited to like Comic Con or some other giant awesome convention and giving a panel and people lining up for autographs and me wondering how the hell I got there. Or me meeting celebrities and just kind of staring at their amazingness, and it would be the likes of, you know, Chris Hemsworth or Natalie Portman or the Nostalgia Critic or Team Four Star or Little Kuriboh, you know, or Troy Baker, just celebrities in the geek hemisphere and me being like, Blaaaaaaaaaaargh cant taaaaaaalk. Or travelling, just travelling to all of the places, for research, and for fun. I want to go everywhere. I want to go to London again. I want to go to Japan, and revisit Paris, and check out Italy. I want to go to other places in the U.S. I havent been. I want to go to there, all of there. Or having some snazzy anime opening with my characters running around fighting demons or looking all deep or sad or happy or something and theres a catchy song that people play on repeat. Or an abridged version where the characters say what everyones thinking. Or a movie by Joss Whedon with some awesome actors and people fall in love with the villain even if he or she is a villain but theyre just awesome and theyre conflicted. This is the stuff I dream about.
