Writers used to get letters. Now we get emails. Some of them are delightful. I found this one on the computer this morning: DEEP BLACK: PAYBACK is a ridiculous novel! Who cares about Peruvian elections??? It is made worse by your nauseating boot licking of radical feminist publishers and editors!! The two female characters, which you try to make look strong, supersmart feminist wonder women come across as out of control lesbian radical feminazis worthy of pity and disgust. Just as your work is worthy of! Carol B….. Some readers sugarcoat their opinions so they wont offend. I wonder what she really thinks?
