At ICU Natasha with karthik and chotu ram standing their … she asked kartik to get up … the machine beeped … nuts said that she knows he can hear them , and said chotu that his father will get well soon …. Ram comes out and asked doctor to check kartik , nuts gives chotu to shipra .. chotu started crying .. nuts when took him in arms chotu he stopped crying … sudheer asked if nuts is coming back with them , nuts said that she is … At Sharma house , nuts wanted to change diaper of raunak , shipra asked nuts to take rest and take care of kartik … nuts said that she will take care of kartik … and sudheer said that nurse will be appointed there ..
