Writting down goals and making them visible to yourself on a daily basis is something I just learned about. Time to take that lesson into action. Heres my GOALS for the rest of the year. July 12th -I will Break 32 min in my 2nd 5k race. August - I will break 150lbs. -I will have a motivation/Nutrition & fitness blog or fb.page, -I will have a Free co-op fitness group available to everyone and anyone wanting to get started on a health journey, but not ready for a challenge group. August 12th- My bday. I will be able to run a 10k. September - I will be 145lbs + and I will have completed PIYO -I will have helped at least 5 people lose 10lbs. October - I will be 140Lbs. I will be able to do a half marathon. November -I will be my goal weight of 135 Lbs. December -I will have abs. I will wear a crop tshirt of my own design that says kiss my abs and will take a photo wearing it. - I will stop trying to lose weight. increased my calories and I will focus my attentions on building muscle. I will be able to do a handstand. January 2nd -I will start the year off right and do the beachbody Ultimate reset 21 day Cleanse. -I will get lasik eye surgery.
