Wrong Desire for Spiritual Gifts A fruit of rejection in the church is a wrong desire for spiritual gifts as a means of securing status and recognition because the person has a spirit of Rejection and they do not have an identity. There is something within them, which is the spirit of Rejection, saying, "I want to be known." Jesus said, "He who would be greatest among you must first be servant to all." Mark 9:35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
