Wrong address, wrong name, wrong town! Police officer serving a "warrant" for get this, unpaid vehicle registration, shoots and seriously wounds a German Sherherd Therapy Dog just mere feet away from where a terminally ill 6yr old girl was playing! 1. Why are so many police officers visiting violence upon innocent families? 2. In the age of google and GPS why are police officers showing up at the wrong address and shooting and/or killing people and their pets? 3.
